Therapy by Charisse
Charisse Peters
Psychotherapist, Relationship and Sex Therapist, Certified ADHD Coach.
An honest, grounded space for the parts of life that are hard to hold alone.
I’m a BACP registered Member and Member of the Society for Psychotherapy, Relationship and Sex Therapy. I also hold a certification as an ADHD Coach with one of the most respected training providers in the UK.
I work with adults navigating change — at work, in relationships, in their bodies, and in how they understand themselves. My clients often arrive having tried other forms of support that didn’t quite fit.
I have a particular interest in working with ADHD, neurodivergent dynamics in relationships, and psychosexual and intimacy concerns.

Steady, direct, and not aimless.
Therapy can feel hard to imagine when you’ve never done it. The work doesn’t ask you
to fall apart or have it all figured out — it asks you to bring what’s there and let us look
at it together.
I work in a way that is honest, focused and human. I won’t sit in silence waiting for you
to fill it. I will gently challenge what’s getting in the way, and
I will tell you what I’m noticing.
My aim is to create a space where you feel met, supported and able
to do real work — together.
Frequently asked questions
How long does therapy last?
It depends entirely on what you bring. Some people work with me for a few months on something specific; others stay in longer-term work. We review regularly so it stays useful.
How much does a session cost?
Individual therapy and ADHD coaching is £80 per session. Couples therapy is £120 weekdays / £130 weekends. Single Session Therapy is £200 (individual) or £250 (couples).
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — online work is available across the UK, Europe and internationally via a secure video platform.
What approach do you use?
Integrative — drawing primarily on psychodynamic, psychosexual and ADHD-informed approaches, with elements of CBT and IFS where useful.
Will I feel better straight away?
Some weeks yes, some weeks the work feels harder before it feels easier. That’s normal and we talk about it openly.
Do you offer concessions?
I keep a limited number of lower-fee slots. Please get in touch if cost is a barrier.
