ADHD Coaching
Practical support for how your brain actually works
Coaching built around your real week, not a generic system that falls apart by Thursday.
What It Is
Coaching for Day-to-Day Functioning
ADHD Coaching is focused, practical, and grounded in what’s actually happening in your life right now. We work on the systems, routines and strategies that help you function, not a one-size-fits-all productivity method.
I have ADHD myself, so we’re not starting from a textbook. We’re starting from what’s real for you.
Who It's For
Coaching Might Be Right for You If...
- You've tried systems before and they never stick past week two
- You want practical strategies, not just a space to talk things through
- Time, organisation and follow-through feel harder than they should
- You want someone who already understands ADHD, not someone learning as they go
THE COACHING PROCESS
FREE CONSULTATION
A relaxed 15-minute call to talk about what's going on and whether coaching is the right fit. No pressure, no obligation.
MAP THE REAL PICTURE
We look at what's actually happening day to day: where things break down, what's been tried, and what matters most to you right now.
BUILD WHAT FITS
We build strategies around how you actually work, not a system borrowed from someone else's brain.
ADJUST AS WE GO
Sessions continue at your pace. What works keeps going, what doesn't gets changed. No obligation to commit beyond session to session.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to start coaching?
No. If you recognise the patterns, whether or not you have a formal diagnosis, that’s enough of a reason to start.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on practical strategies and day-to-day functioning. Therapy explores the emotional and relational side of ADHD. Many people benefit from both.
Is coaching available online?
Yes. Sessions are available in London, online and internationally, so location isn’t a barrier.
How long is the free consultation?
It’s a relaxed 15-minute call with no obligation, a chance to ask questions and see whether coaching feels right before you book a session.
What's your cancellation policy?
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours, or missed sessions without notice, are charged at the full session rate.
You're Not Broken. You're Wired Differently.
