INDIVIDUAL THERAPY & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Therapy that goes beyond the surface.
You don’t need a breakdown to benefit from therapy. If something feels stuck, heavy, or like it shouldn’t be this hard that’s enough of a reason to start. Individual therapy with me is tailored, honest, and built around how you are actually wired.
WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL THERAPY?
A space that belongs entirely to you.
Individual therapy is a confidential, one-to-one space where you can explore what’s going on for you without editing yourself, managing someone else’s reaction, or finding the right words before you’re ready. You just talk. I listen, and I pay close attention to what’s underneath the words.
I work integratively, which means I don’t follow one rigid method. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based and humanistic approaches, choosing what’s actually useful for you.
WHO INDIVIDUAL THERAPY IS FOR
Individual therapy might be the right place for you if any of this sounds familiar.
- Calm on the outside, overwhelmed on the inside.
High-functioning on the outside, overwhelmed on the inside. You’re keeping all the plates spinning but quietly wondering how long you can keep this up. Therapy gives you somewhere to put that down.
- You think differently — and therapy hasn’t reflected that
You’ve tried therapy before and felt like you had to translate yourself for it. As a neurodivergent therapist who specialises in ADHD, I work with how your brain actually operates.
- You keep ending up in the same place
Same relationship patterns, same responses, same frustrations just different circumstances. Therapy helps you understand the loop well enough to actually step out of it, and make change.
- Something happened and you haven’t really dealt with it
Past experiences have a way of showing up in the present whether we invite them or not. We work through what happened at a pace that feels right for you not what’s expected of you.
- You just know something isn’t right, even if you can’t name it
You don’t need a label, a diagnosis, or a perfectly articulated problem to start therapy. If something feels off, that’s enough. We figure out the rest together.

MY APPROACH
Therapy that’s built around you, not a method.
I work integratively, drawing from several well-evidenced therapeutic frameworks. What that means in practice is that your therapy is shaped by what you need, not by what’s easiest to deliver.
We’ll look at the present, but we’ll also make sense of the past where it’s still showing up. The work is honest, warm, and never rushed.
- Psychodynamic & Attachment-based
We look at how early relationships and past experiences shape the way you respond, relate, and protect yourself today. This isn’t about blaming the past — it’s about understanding the patterns well enough to change them.
- Humanistic
You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to create a genuinely safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s happening without being pushed toward a predetermined outcome. I follow your lead.
- Integrative & Neurodiversity-affirming
For neurodivergent clients and those who think in non-linear ways I adapt how we work together, not just what we work on. I don’t expect you to fit into a standard therapy format. We find what works for your brain.
- Psychosexual & Relational
My postgraduate training in relationship and psychosexual therapy means I’m equipped to work with the full range of human experience including intimacy, sexuality, and the complex dynamics that show up in our relationships.
WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE ME
Specialist experience. Human approach.
You won’t get a generic experience here.
- I’m a neurodivergent therapist. I don’t just understand ADHD clinically, I navigate it personally. That lived experience shapes how I work, what I notice, and how I help clients translate their experience into something they can actually work with.
- I work with people who’ve been let down by therapy before. If you’ve felt misunderstood, over-managed, or like you had to perform wellness I hear that a lot. My job is to do it differently.
- I’m direct. I won’t let you circle the same topic indefinitely without gently naming what I’m seeing. Warmth doesn’t have to mean vague. You deserve honest, useful therapy.
- PgDip in Relationship & Psychosexual Therapy. Alongside integrative Psychotherapy training, this specialism means I work across the full range of concerns including those most people find hardest to talk about.
- BACP registered. 15+ years of experience. Working with clients in London, across the UK online, and worldwide.

FAQS
Questions worth asking.
How do I know if I need therapy?
You don’t need to hit a crisis point. If something feels stuck, heavy, or like it’s getting in the way of life feeling good that’s reason enough. You don’t need a diagnosis or a major event. Just a willingness to be honest.
Do you specialise in ADHD therapy?
Yes. ADHD is one of my core specialisms, particularly in adults, including ADHD masking, burnout, rejection sensitivity, and how ADHD shows up in relationships. I’m a neurodivergent practitioner myself. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to access this support.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. I work with clients online across the UK, Europe, and internationally. Online therapy is delivered via a secure video platform. In-person sessions are available London.
How long will therapy take?
There’s no single answer, some clients work with me for a few weeks, months or years. Others come back at different life stages. We review regularly and I’ll always be honest about where things are.
I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help. Why would this be different?
Previous therapy feeling too rigid or like your experience wasn’t seen is real feedback about fit, not a verdict on whether therapy can work for you. I work integratively, honestly, and with close attention to what’s actually happening for you.
What are your fees for individual therapy?
