Individual therapy
One-to-one therapy that meets you where you are.
A confidential space to think clearly, feel honestly, and move forward with what’s actually getting in the way.
What it is
An honest space to do the actual work.
Individual therapy is a sustained, one-to-one space designed for the parts of your life that don’t fit neatly into a conversation with friends or family. We work at your pace — sometimes slowly, sometimes with urgency — depending on what you bring each week.
My approach is integrative. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment-based and CBT-informed work, shaped around the person actually in the room. No template.

A space that's yours
Therapy that actually goes somewhere
Good therapy isn’t only about feeling heard. It’s about understanding what’s underneath the things you keep running into — and slowly, carefully, doing something different with that knowledge.
We’ll look at the present, but we’ll also make sense of the past where it’s still showing up. The work is honest, warm, and never rushed.
How it works
What sessions actually look like
Method
Weekly 50-minute sessions
Consistency is part of how the work happens. We meet at the same time each week, in person or online.
Method
Integrative and tailored
I draw on multiple modalities depending on what you need, rather than forcing the work into a single framework
Method
Honest and warm
I won’t only nod along. Where it’s useful, I’ll offer a perspective, a challenge, or a different way of seeing something.
Method
Open-ended or focused
Some clients work with me long-term. Others come for a specific season. Both are fine.
What you'll leave with
You'll leave the work with:
- A clearer understanding of what's actually driving the patterns
- Real shifts in how you respond, not just how you cope
- Tools you can use outside the room, in actual life
- A more compassionate, less critical relationship with yourself
- Confidence in your own decisions and direction

Frequently asked Questions
How long does therapy take?
It depends on what you’re bringing. Some people work with me for a few months; others for a couple of years. We review the work together as we go.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — many clients work with me entirely online and the work is just as effective.
What if I don't know where to start?
That’s normal. Most people don’t arrive with a tidy summary. We start with whatever you can put words to.
Is everything confidential?
Yes, with the standard limits all therapists work within (risk of serious harm). I’ll walk through this in our first session.
Do you offer reduced fees?
I hold a small number of lower-fee spaces — please ask.
