Single session therapy
Get unstuck. In one session.
PNo waiting list. No ongoing commitment. Just 90 focused minutes to
untangle the thing that’s been sitting on your chest.
What it is
An honest space to do the actual work.
Single Session Therapy isn’t a trial run or a taster. It’s a full 90-minute session built around one clear focus something specific you want to understand, work through, or get a handle on.
We’ll go deep, move quickly, and come out the other side with something concrete. It’s therapy with a beginning, middle, and end.
This works particularly well for ADHD brains. There’s a clear container, a clear purpose, and we’re not just talking in circles. We get in, we do the work, we get out.
Who it's for
SST Might Be Exactly Right for You If...
- You want help, but the idea of weekly therapy feels like too much to take on right now
- You have one specific thing you need to untangle: a decision, a pattern, a conversation you can't stop replaying
- You're not ready to commit to ongoing therapy, but you need something more than nothing
- You've done therapy before and want a focused, one-off session to get back on track
- You're an ADHD adult who needs clarity and structure, fast, not open-ended exploration
- You're a couple who want to work through something together without committing to full couples therapy
What You Can Bring to a Single Session
- A decision you're stuck on and can't seem to move past
- A relationship pattern that keeps repeating
- A difficult conversation you need to prepare for or process
- Anxiety or overwhelm that has a specific trigger
- ADHD-related challenges: burnout, shame, a recurring cycle you can't break
- Something you've never said out loud and just need space to make sense of
How it works
Three steps. No faff.
STEP 1: THE PREP
Before we meet, you'll fill out a short pre-session questionnaire. It helps me understand where you are and what you're bringing. So when we sit down together, we hit the ground running. No warm-up. No "so, tell me a bit about yourself."
STEP 2: THE 90-MINUTE DEEP DIVE
This is where we actually do the work. We'll look at what's happening, what's underneath it, and what's been keeping you stuck. Ninety minutes is enough time to go somewhere real, if we're focused. And we will be.
STEP 3: THE TOOLKIT
You won't leave with vague advice. You'll leave with clarity, at least one concrete next step, and a better understanding of what's actually going on for you. Something useful. Something you can do something with.
What You Get
You'll Leave the Session With:
- A clearer understanding of the problem and why it keeps showing up
- Practical strategies you can actually use (not a suggestion to "try mindfulness")
- Emotional relief. Sometimes naming the thing is half the battle.
- A sense of direction, even if everything else still feels uncertain
- Validation that you're not overreacting, overthinking, or making it up

What If I Want More?
Some People Feel Done. Some Want to Keep Going. Both Are Fine.
Single Session Therapy is designed to be complete in itself. A lot of people leave feeling exactly that: done. Like they got what they came for.
Others find it opens something up, and they want to explore further. If that’s you, we can talk about what ongoing work might look like. There’s no obligation, no package to buy into, and no pressure.
You get to decide what you need. That’s the whole point.
